When entering or updating an email address in our platform, the address must follow standard email rules and fit within our system character limits.
Basic Formatting Rules
Your email address must follow the standard username@domain.com structure:
Total Length: Must be 100 characters or fewer in total.
Username (Local Part): Up to 64 characters before the
@symbol. Letters, numbers, and standard characters like dots (.), underscores (_), plus signs (+), and hyphens (-) are permitted.Domain Name: The section after the
@symbol (e.g.,company.com) should not exceed 35 characters considering the 100 characters limit.Formatting Rules: Consecutive dots (e.g.,
name..user@domain.com) are not allowed, and the address must end with a valid domain extension like.comor.org.
