While the platform may technically allow you to input more names (up to 25 recipients), keeping your signing circle to 10 people or fewer ensures a fast, smooth, and error-free transaction for everyone involved.

Why Is There a Recommended Limit?

Managing a large number of signers on a single set of documents significantly increases the technical complexity of the transaction. Sticking to the 10-recipient guideline helps you avoid:

• Signing Bottlenecks: The more people tied to an envelope, the higher the risk that the entire process stalls because one person forgets to sign or goes on vacation.

• Document Performance Issues: Every time a user signs via electronic ID (like BankID or MitID), complex cryptographic metadata is embedded directly into the PDF. Too many signatures can bloat the file size, making it slow to load, especially on mobile devices.

• Layout and Formatting Clutter: If you are using visual signature fields, fitting more than 10 signature stamps onto a standard document page can severely clutter the layout.
