💡 Distinguishing Documents from Attachments

If you have a large transaction package with more than 10 files, you can easily keep the envelope organized by separating your files into Documents and Attachments:

• Main Documents (Max 10): These are the core files in the envelope that explicitly require a digital signature from your recipients.

• Attachments (Unlimited): These are secondary files (such as annexes, appendices, terms and conditions, or company reference sheets) that your recipients need to review, but do not need to sign.

Pro-Tip: Uploading files as attachments does not count toward your 10-document envelope limit. This keeps the signing flow clean and focused for your clients while ensuring they still receive all the necessary legal context.
