Using the Data export function in the AML portal
How the export works
Exporting data is a background process that lets you continue working in the portal while your file is prepared.
Step-by-Step guide
Filter Your Search (Optional):
Navigate to the Customer Search page. Apply any filters to narrow down the project list.
If filters are applied: Only matching projects will be included in the export.
If no filters are applied: The export will include all projects you have permission to access.
Open the Export Panel:
Click the Export button on the Customer Search page to open the Export side panel.
Select Your Data Fields:
Choose the specific data fields you want to include in your CSV. Fields are organized into four categories:
Project Data
Company Data
Key Role Data
Person Data
Note: Category counters (e.g., "4/13") show how many fields you have selected. You can select individual fields or choose entire categories at once.
Initiate the Export:
Click Export. The side panel will close, and a confirmation toast notification will appear.
Download via Email:
The export runs in the background. Once generated, you will receive an email containing a link to download your file from the portal.
