Frequently Asked Questions - Sub-Supplier List Updates

Updated

August 2026 - Kurrent Inc (“Kurrent”)

Will Verified switch the infrastructure to use this sub-supplier immediately?
No. This is an advance notification intended to keep you informed. We will update our infrastructure  for Verified eSign tenants progressively, beginning in the second half of August, continuing through September, and, if needed, into Q4. This phased approach allows us to validate the rollout carefully and planned advance maintenance slots.

Does this require any action from our IT team or business users?
No. This is an informational notification only. No action is required on your part, and there will be no changes to how you use the service.

Does this impact the cloud region where my data is stored in Verified eSign?
No. Your data will continue to be stored in the same AWS region as today. The primary region remains eu-north-1/Stockholm.

Are my signed documents in Verified processed or stored by this sub-supplier?
No. Signed documents will continue to be stored in  Verified's Amazon S3, just as they are today. The new sub-supplier will not process or store your signed documents.

Will there be any service interruption?
We expect any customer impact to be minimal. As part of the infrastructure rollout, some scheduled maintenance windows with brief service downtime may be required. If maintenance is necessary, it will be planned in advance and communicated ahead of time through our Status Page, https://status.verified.io/,  including the expected maintenance window and any anticipated impact
