1. Is this relevant to me?
This feature is relevant to Verified platform users interested in what notifications were sent out for a document.
2. What is it?
A dropdown menu that shows up in the Verified Dashboard / Archive, and includes a chronological list of the notifications that were sent by the platform.
3. How does it work?
The feature works by aggregating all the notifications that were sent per document, and displaying them in reverse chronological order. Notifications include:
the initial invitations that were sent out (by email or SMS)
any reminders that might have been sent out afterwards
the email notifications that recipients get once the document has been signed
In addition to the event description, date and time, we also display the email subjects for each notification, to make it easier to distinguish between them.
Q: Sometimes the email subject is in a different language. Why is that?
A: This is normal behavior. For each email notification in the Document notifications history we display the email subject as it was received by the recipient. If the language that was set for that recipient when the envelope was created is different from the current language you are currently using in the Verified platform's interface, then you will get this discrepancy.
