If you can’t fill out fields, or navigate in the form, please try these steps to check if this solves your problems:
1. If you can't navigate to the next page, and/or you can not send in the form, and you don't get any error messages, please open the link you received by email or found online in another browser (Chrome, Safari), and/or on another device (Computer, Phone).
a) Make sure you have not zoomed in and that your screen is set to standard settings.
b) Make sure all required fields are filled out.
c) Try to fill in the form again.
d) If the issue persists please send information about which browser and device you have tested on to your contact person for the form, or to form support. You need to test in minimum two browsers and minimum two devices in order for us to know that the issue is not related to your specific browser version or device.
a) If you get an error message from the validation of a field asking you to enter a different format, you need to adjust your input accordingly. If the validation is blocking you from entering the information you need to enter, please send information to your contact person for the form, or to form support about which field in the form is blocking you, what error message you get from validation, and what you would like to enter.
