1. Is this relevant to me?
This is relevant to you if your organization or your customers use email filtering services such as Office 365 ATP (Advanced Threat Protection), Proofpoint and so on.
2. What is it?
When using the Verified platform, the URL links that the recipients received used to be very long (~2000 characters). This would cause a problem with certain email filtering services (such as Office 365 Advanced Threat Protection), which would wrongly mark the Verified platform emails with those URLs as potentially malicious.

Example of the problem in Office 365 ATP | Example of the problem in Proofpoint |
In order to address the problem we've made some adjustments to the Verified Secure feature so that now it generates links that are about ~1500 characters long. There is a limit to how much we can trim the URL's length, but the current value has proved more than enough to no longer trigger email filters.
3. How does it work?
This works by default, under the hood, and it applies for all newly created envelopes.
4. What about API users?
Nothing changed in terms of API.
5. Availability
As of 01 Nov 2021, this feature is available for everyone.
