We are aware that some of our clients have inquired about a list of ingress IP addresses our application is using in order to add them to their outgoing traffic firewall rules.
As part of our goal to continuously stay in front of new technologies and market trends, we have decided that the current platform implementation must be moved behind AWS CloudFront in order to make the implementation of new systems easier and, in some cases, possible. CloudFront uses a range of IP addresses that we cannot control and which is subject to change at Amazon's discretion.
The list of IPs currently in use by CloudFront can be found here.
More information can be found here.
As such, clients that only allow outgoing traffic to known hosts will have to either allow all traffic or add and maintain synchronization of their lists with the one provided by AWS. Clients who do not use IP whitelisting will not be affected by this change. If you are uncertain if this will affect you, please forward this information to the IT department within your company.
The move behind CloudFront will take place starting Friday, 20th November 2020
