When ordering, Verified reserves the right to claim upfront payment if Customer fails to meet the terms of credit.
Payment must be made in accordance with the due dates in the invoice. Fixed costs are invoiced in advance. In case of late payment, a late payment is required according to the current legislation.
If the Customer's payment breach lasts for more than thirty (30) days, Verified may restrain the Customer's access to the Service until payment occurs. The Customer is informed in writing to pay at the appointed time and it is stated at the same time that the Service is restrained if payment is not made. Verified reserves the right to terminate the Agreement for the relevant service with immediate effect, as well as invoice the Customer the final costs.
If the Customer is unable to use the Service, due to circumstances caused by Customer or events beyond the control of Verified, the Customer is not exempted from the payment obligation.
