Verified performs service and support during normal service hours unless otherwise agreed. Any operational interruptions will be rectified within a reasonable time after the received error message. Verified's responsibility for interruption of operations does not apply if all or part of the operating interruption is due to the Customer or other circumstances beyond Verified's control. If errors are caused by Customer's affairs, Verified reserves the right to claim replacement costs associated with debugging.
Scheduled maintenance of the Service is not considered as operational failure.
