The Customer is responsible for keeping all passwords, codes, identities or similar, in a safe and secure way. Verified has no responsibility for any third party's use of the Customer's codes, passwords, identity or similar as a result of the Customer's unsecured or irresponsible storage or use.
The Customer is responsible for his own use of the Service. This also includes the use of the Service by employees or others. Should the Customer become aware that any of the Customer's employees or others violate the terms of the Agreement, immediate action must be taken in order to terminate the breach of contract and to inform Verified of the violation.
Illegal or inappropriate use of the Service, or if it is associated with risk of Verified or third parties that the Customer continue to use the Service, Verified has the right to restrain Customer's access to the Service with immediate effect.
Verified is not responsible for intrusion into the systems of the customer or Verified’s data resources, where unauthorized access that can lead to misuse of information is obtained.
The Customer is responsible for all material delivered. Materials can include text, images, audio, data, video and links to other sites on the internet. The Customer's materials, content and design of personal websites or posts on forums or similar, shall not violate Norwegian law, encourage or allow others to commit criminal offenses, damage Verified or others, or otherwise be inappropriate or offensive. The Customer undertakes to comply with the code of ethics applicable to the Service. The Customer’s responsibility includes implementing necessary measures to receive, distribute or store material.
In the event of breach of the provisions of the Agreement, Verified has the right to restrain the Customer's access to the Service with immediate effect. Verified reserves the right to invoice the Customer for the costs Verified have incurred as a result of Customer's misuse of the Service. The Customer is obliged to limit the extent of possible damage.
The Customer is responsible for notifying changes to the Customer's contact information.
