eSign Platform recent updates (March & April 2025)

We've been hard at work implementing several improvements to enhance your experience and the reliability of our eSign platform. Here's a summary of the latest changes:

• Form Reliability Improvements
  We've addressed several issues within our forms to ensure a smoother and more accurate experience:
  • Optional SSN Field: The optional Social Security Number field will no longer incorrectly require a valid value.
  • Phone Number Country Codes: We've fixed an issue where the country code dropdown in the phone number field was not displaying correctly, ensuring you can now accurately select your country code.
  • "Set as my phone" Functionality: Issues preventing users from correctly setting their phone number using the "Set as my phone" option have been resolved.
  • Preventing Empty Envelopes: The system now prevents sending envelopes without any designated recipients, addressing a few rare instances where this could occur.
  • Additional Form Fixes: We've also implemented other minor fixes to improve the overall form usability.
• Enhanced Security for Deleted Users
  As part of our ongoing commitment to security, we've enhanced our system to ensure that when a user account is deleted, their access is immediately revoked.
• Improved Clarity for Authentication Cancellation
  Users who cancel the authentication or signing process will now receive a more informative error message explaining the cancellation.
• Direct Link to Verified Homepage
  Clicking on the Verified logo within the platform will now redirect you directly to the Verified homepage.
• Translation Updates for Supported Languages
  We've implemented multiple improvements to the translations across all our supported languages, enhancing clarity and accuracy.
• Password Security Enhancement
  To improve security and prevent potential system inconsistencies, users will now be prevented from using the colon ":" character within their passwords.
• Ongoing Infrastructure Updates
  We are also continuously working on upgrading our underlying infrastructure to ensure the stability, reliability, and optimal performance of our platform. This is an ongoing process that you may not directly see but is crucial for a consistent experience.
