To protect users and make scams more difficult the BankID app is continuously updated. End users with version 7.26 of the BankID app will need to update to a later version to be able to use their BankID after May 2024.
Some users may need to update iOS to be able to update the app. The minimum requirement for iOS is version 13.0.
Affected users will get notices in their BankID app starting today 20th December 2023.
