If a link to sign documents is not working, here are some steps you might take:
1. Are you using a VPN, remote desktop tool or anything similar?
If you are, you will need to quit those in order to sign, as they might create security restrictions for the Verified App and prevent it from working.
2. Are the PDF(s) you received valid?
Some older versions or editable PDFs may cause issues. Try seeing if the PDF is valid using an online tool such as this one.
3. Is your browser supported by Verified?
Try using a different browser if the one you are using is not included in our list of officially supported browsers.
4. Is the recipient using an old version of Outlook or other similar email client?
Outlook 2007 is still being used by many and it is not compatible with Verified's signing links due to the complexity of the token. Older versions of Outlook will cut the link in half, rendering it useless. Please have the recipient open the invitation to sign in Outlook webmail or perhaps through their mobile unit.
