Update of the list of our data processors

This feature is relevant to all the Verified platform users.

2. What is it?

As of January 10, 2024, we are updating our list of data processors to include Datadog as a subcontractor. Datadog is a service used for monitoring the Verified platform’s infrastructure and applications. 

3. How does it work?

Infrastructure metrics, together with the network- and application logs from the Verified platform are stored in Datadog. We will use these metrics and logs to improve our service, by allowing us to more efficiently monitor the health of the platform or troubleshoot support tickets.

Q: Where is the data processed?

A: In Europe, on Datadog’s tenant in Germany.

Q: What data is processed?

A: Metrics and analytics from infrastructure. Application performance metrics. Network logs. Application logs and errors.

Q: Is personal or sensitive data shared?

A: Application and network logs contain personal data such as IP addresses, names, emails and other personal information needed for audit or troubleshooting purposes.

Q: Where can I read more about the supplier?

A: Datadogs Trust Center with their compliance licenses, privacy policy, and other related documentation can be visited here.
